Miele is German engineering at its finest — appliances tested to last twenty years, and absolutely worth repairing rather than replacing at Miele prices. For more than six years, FiXiFY has repaired Miele dishwashers, washers, dryers and ovens in homes across the Denver Metro area. We’re based at a storefront in Denver and we work from Miele’s own service documentation.

Whether your Miele dishwasher flashes an F-code, the washer won’t spin, or the oven won’t heat, we’ll diagnose the cause precisely and get it running again.

COMMON MIELE PROBLEMS & ERROR CODES — WHAT THEY REALLY MEAN

Pulled from Miele’s own service documentation plus our shop’s hands-on experience — the faults customers actually run into across Miele dishwashers, washers, ovens and dryers, explained accurately. We diagnose and repair these; we don’t recommend DIY on precision German appliances.

F11

Dishwasher — won’t drain

You’ll notice: the cycle stops with water in the base, the intake/drain light flashes, and many models show F11.

What it means: per Miele’s service data, F11 is a drainage fault — a blocked drain pump or non-return valve, a clogged filter, or a kinked drain hose. If the WaterProof system has sensed water in the base, it locks the machine until the leak is found.

Common on Miele G-series fully integrated dishwashers.

→ Needs professional service — book FiXiFY.

SPIN

Washer — won’t spin

You’ll notice: the wash finishes but the load comes out soaking, the drum won’t spin up, or it stops and flashes a fault.

What it means: on Miele W1 washers this usually traces to a drain fault (so it won’t spin on water), the door lock not confirming closed, an unbalanced-load detection, or a drive/motor-control fault.

Common on Miele compact front-load washers (W1 / WW series).

→ Needs professional service — book FiXiFY.

HEAT

Oven — won’t heat

You’ll notice: the oven won’t reach temperature, takes far too long, or shows an F-code.

What it means: on Miele ovens, no-heat usually traces to a failed heating element, the temperature sensor reading out of range, or a fault on the relay/control board.

Common on Miele wall ovens, ranges and speed ovens.

→ Needs professional service — book FiXiFY.

DRY

Dryer — won’t dry

You’ll notice: the cycle runs but clothes come out damp, or the heat-pump dryer takes far longer than it used to.

What it means: on Miele heat-pump dryers this usually traces to a clogged condenser or filters, a refrigerant or compressor fault in the heat pump, or a moisture-sensor problem — all of which we test before replacing parts.

Common on Miele T1 heat-pump and condenser dryers.

→ Needs professional service — book FiXiFY.
